Refund and Cancellation

Return & Exchange

All of our products are made to order. Since they are perishable in nature, No Exchange or Returns are entertained under normal circumstances.

Wrong Product

However, in some exceptional cases, if you have received a wrong product, we accept returns and refund the full amount. Please email us at galoredelicious@gmail.com within 24 hours on receiving the wrong product. Also, attach a photo of the product received.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we review and approve your return request, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at a time suitable to you.

The refund process will be initiated after we receive the product and the amount will be refunded via the same payment mode with which you made the purchase.

Damaged Product

We at Delicious Galore take utmost care to pack your order so that it reaches you safely without any damages. However, we can’t take any responsibility for the damages done while shipping as it is beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check the shipping address for its correctness before placing the order. Re-shipping the returned order (due to wrong address) will be done with additional charge of ₹ 120 per parcel.

Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of your order placement. Once we ship the product from our side, we won’t be able to accept the cancellation.
